ABOUT
Milos Barbell Club
Milo's Barbell Club is named after the 1st-century Greek wrestler Milo of Croton, who was famous for his use of progressive overload. To get strong, Milo carried a calf every single day, and day by day as the calf grew into a bull, Milo got stronger.
This story has been told time and time again in different ways, but the message of the story is that if you stay consistent, and take on just a little more than you did yesterday, you can become the greatest version of yourself.
I have spent 10 years under the bar, training, learning, and competing with this philosiphy, and it continues to drastically change my life. My mission has become to show others how Milos story can change your life too. To me, weight training is more than just exercise, but just one step in a series of events to improve every aspect of life.

Whether you're just getting started in your fitness journey or just looking for extra accountability, we tailor your workouts to your goals, experience, and schedule. Each service will include a guided workout plan with weekly progression towards your goal, a nutritional guide advising you on what to eat to reach your goal, and lessons within the workout to help you understand how we will reach your goal.
